We partnered with IESO to craft a 3D animated explainer that reveals the power and accessibility of their AI-driven, evidence-based digital therapy platform.

Pixels with Purpose

In a world where mental health care remains urgent but complex, clarity becomes a lifeline. IESO, a pioneer in AI-enabled digital therapy born from decades of clinical research and real-world evidence, needed a way to make their platform understandable and emotionally resonant for the public 
and healthcare stakeholders alike.


Animated Healthcare stepped in to tell that story. We opened with the core truth: mental well-being is personal, and too many good innovations get lost in jargon. Our 3D animation and motion-graphics explainer placed viewers inside the experience,  not just describing what the platform does, but showing how it feels to connect with support anytime, anywhere. Across every scene, motion and metaphor worked in service of empathy, illuminating IESO’s transformative work in evidence-based, personalised therapy backed by AI and clinical expertise.

The Challenge


IESO’s technology sits at the intersection of clinical psychology, data science and AI - a blend that’s powerful but inherently abstract. Presenting it as accessible, human-centred, and trustworthy required more than functional explanation; it demanded narrative and visual clarity. The objective was straightforward yet high-stakes: help the public understand what IESO is, why it matters, and how it works, without diluting the rigour of its clinical foundation.

Insight & Idea


We realised early that the traditional explainer would falter here. The breakthrough was this insight: people don’t remember data, they remember transformation. So we shaped the concept around human connection, how complex AI and evidence become transformational care in a person’s lived experience. Instead of tech-driven lectures, the narrative arc became a journey from confusion to clarity, mirroring what users experience when they first discover IESO’s platform. This idea became the creative north star guiding visuals, pacing and emotional rhythm throughout the video.

 

Outcome & Impact


The explainer video became more than a communication tool; it became a bridge. Stakeholders and public audiences alike responded not merely with comprehension, but with connection. What once was opaque and clinical became welcoming and human. The animation succeeded in making complex technology feel accessible — transforming IESO’s voice from expert-only to inclusive, clear, and deeply resonant.
